Quick tip #1:

Most phones can be repaired via software update or by simply resetting the phone to its original factory settings.  Customers are encouraged to try these options first.  NOTE:  Resetting the phone will wipe the memory completely.

 

Quick Tip #2:

The Help Desk may ask for the phones serial number aka IMEI number.  To get the IMEI fast, simply dial (*#06#) and the phone will display its IMEI on the screen.

How to back up to Google cloud

1. Go To Settings

2. Select > Backup & Restore

3. Check the Box > Backup My Data

4. Select > Backup Account

5. Select > Your Google Account or Login to your Google Account
